Although ducks were noticeably absent from Penner's RKO films, this one (voiced by Clarence Nash,
Disney's "Donald") plays a featured role in this final race scene between Pete and Willie (Paul Guilfoyle).
Disney films were distributed by RKO in the late 1930s, which was why Walt lent Nash out for the bit.
